Evo Ultrafit athlete Aaron Pflugrad recently signed a free agent contract with the Philadelphia Eagles. He first came down to the Evo Ultrafit facilities in Arizona during spring break because he wanted a competitive edge in his football career, and he’s been training with us ever since.
Aaron mentions that he went from a 12.4 100m to a 10.8 100m in high school with the help of Evo Ultrafit training. At 5’10” and 185 lbs, Aaron recently completed 22 reps of 225 lbs bench press, which was the most reps for any wide receiver this year in the NFL combine. Aaron goes on to say that without the Evo Ultrafit system he wouldn’t have had Division 1 opportunities in college or his current opportunities in the NFL.
Aaron describes the Evo Ultrafit system as very challenging and unique, but adds that recovery from the workouts is rapid, and the results are unparalleled in any other system. Aaron didn’t miss a game in his college career even though he had minor injuries like turf toe, an ankle sprain, and a hamstring injury. Aaron credits his rapid recovery to the ARP machine and Evo Ultrafit protocols. He says that his teammates with similar injuries would miss multiple games while he would be ready to play.
Aaron advises anyone using the Evo Ultrafit system to learn proper position and to give maximal effort with all exercises; he says that if you continue to do this and stay in proper position, you’ll see amazing results.
