Mike Malaska (Malaska Golf) and Jay Schroeder (EVO UltraFit) discuss the false idea of what people describe as the ideal “Golf Body”. As Jay points out each competing golfer in the Master’s Tournament looks distinctly different; yet they all compete on the same course and the same elite level. Showing that there is not an “idea” body type one must achieve to allow performance at a higher level. The sole advantage and secret to performance is an individual’s ability to receive and respond to information. This ability is created via the nervous system the body’s communication network. Allowing the nervous system to function at the highest level translates to higher performance on the green.
