Built on the ground-breaking neurological training of EVO Ultrafit, EVO Individualized Training uses proprietary technology to deliver a personal program, ensuring that you will always have the exact workout you need, anytime you need it.
Once you complete an evaluation using the EVO UltraFit testing technology, we create a custom training plan tailored around your specific needs, preparation level, performance goals, time availability, and available workout equipment.
Note: Unless you are willing and able to visit our gym in Arizona, your physical evaluation will be conducted by viewing videos that you send to us in combination with some other information.
